February 11 - Family Day

Today, February 11th 2013 marks British Columbia's first official "Family Day". 

3 Generations Eating Lunch on Family Day

Since both my mother and I had the stat holiday off we went out for lunch with my grandparents. 

It was nice having 3 generations sitting at one table. 

My grandparents were in disbelief that a slice of pie can cost $4.99... 

They have no idea how much money things cost any more. I guess one day I'll think the same way.

I am blessed to have loving and amazing grandparents, but it is weird watching them start to show their age.
