January 27 - Waiting With Spuds

Today I got to go shopping with my mom.

While I was waiting for her to pick me up I took some photos while outside.

This first photo is of the bottom of the stairs that go from the street to our house. They are steep rocky steps but they are quite West Coast.

While I was waiting for my mom I found a potato.
Yes a potato!

This potato apparently was lost one day when we were taking groceries up from our car to the house. It's been there for weeks now and it would appear to not have started to decay at all.

I look at it daily. It is like an experiment.
