January 15 - Cake Is Good - Free Cake Is Better!

So I worked today from 10-5:30pm. After work all the staff (6 people) met at Asteras for a meeting and dinner. It was nice to have everyone together.  It was even nicer that it was at Asteras (serving Greek food).

In my opinion it is the best restaurant in Nanaimo! It has amazing online reviews. The food is amazing in both quality and quantity, the environment is neat, and the service is excellent. For those of you have not heard of it you can check out the website. http://www.asteras.ca/

After eating the chicken souvlaki and everyone else feeling completely stuffed we were surprised by the waitress with dessert on the house. Now cake tastes good but free cake sure tastes better. I don't remember what it was called but it was unlike anything I had experienced before.
